Chad Wilkinson is the Founder and Owner of Centerpoint Construction (CP) and Structural Deck Systems (SDS), two of Florida’s most respected companies in the construction and contracting industry. With over 20 years of experience, Chad has built a reputation for excellence in structural shell construction, focusing on luxury custom homes, high-rise buildings, and historic renovations. As the largest Epicore dealer and supplier in Florida, he has become a leading figure in advanced deck systems.

Before launching his successful businesses, Chad served as an enlisted Marine and later as an Engineer Officer/Platoon Commander in the U.S. Marine Corps for six years. During his service, he was deployed to the Persian Gulf with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, a testament to his leadership, discipline, and commitment. This military background has played a crucial role in shaping his approach to business—emphasizing teamwork, precision, and dedication.

Chad is a lifelong learner with a strong educational foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University (1992-1996) and went on to complete an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management at Davenport University in 2004. He also attended the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, further honing his business acumen.

Since becoming a Florida General Contractor in 2005, Chad has led his companies in providing high-quality, reliable construction services, specializing in structural shells for luxury residential and commercial projects. His extensive portfolio includes high-end luxury homes, high-rise concrete and block structures, historic renovations, and tenant improvement build-outs. Chad’s deep knowledge of all aspects of construction ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and durability.

Chad lives in West Palm Beach with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
