Our Management

Although the Centerpoint management team has conducted business throughout the State of Florida, they have chosen to focus on the 7 counties along the Southeast shore of Florida including Miami/Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Saint Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River. Centerpoint has also maintained their strong alliances with former customers, vendors and subcontractors throughout the State of Florida allowing it to take on projects outside of it's primary market as opportunities dictate.

The management teams of Centerpoint as well as the construction supervisory team have all worked together for the better part of a decade. They were instrumental in building a statewide $512 million shell contracting company with add-on products and services such as manufacturing wood trusses, as well as manufacturing wood stairs. Collectively, they constructed over 10,000 residential and commercial structures.

The owners of Centerpoint are Richard Lancaster, Sharleen Hoadley and Chad Wilkinson. The Senior Management Team of Centerpoint consists of the four owners and Bill Daily, our construction manager.

Richard Lancaster:

Former owner of a custom home building business, general contractor and former Vice President on the Senior Management team of SelectBuild Florida, Richard has been involved in the Florida construction since 1976. The depth of his experience makes him the expert on custom home building for CenterPoint. He has built in exclusive South Florida neighborhoods and water front properties throughout Broward and Palm Beach County including Lost Tree, Seminole Landing, Bears Club, Old Palm and Balm Beach

Sharleen Hoadley:

Sharleen has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Her expertise is in back office operations, finance, IT and estimating. She was a member of the Senior Management team of Selecbuild Florida, where among many other duties, she was team leader for integrating acquired companies.

Chad Wilkinson:

Chad Wilkinson holds a certified general contractors license. He is a former Marine officer where he served as a combat engineer. He has been in the construction industry for 8 years. As a former General Manager for Selectbuild Florida, a state wide shell construction contractor, Chad was responsible for building over $50 million of custom residential, multi-family and production residential projects.

Bill Daily:

Bill Daily has been in the construction industry for close to 20 years. He has extensive experience with shell construction, personally directing construction activities on hundreds of projects throughout south Florida.

Tom Fanning:

Tom has worked with our team for over 10 years. He has filled every field role including construction manager, our top field position. Tom is also a veteran of literally 100's of residential and commercial projects.
